Haute Noire FAQ's

Bi-monthly you will receive a mix of 4-5 deluxe or full-size hair, makeup, skincare, or wellness items.

Recurring bi-monthly subscriptions are $49.99, 6 months (3 boxes) for $143.00 and 12 months (6 months) for $270.00

You will be charged at the time you become a member and bi-monthly on the 1st of every month.

Subscriptions placed before the 10th of the month will be shipped on the 20th. New subscriptions placed after the 20th will be shipped the following month.

Absolutely! We got you covered; you can prepay for a subscription for someone special. You will be charged in advance for the subscription, shipping and tax (if applicable) when that subscription term is over, the subscription will expire, and they will need to purchase a new subscription.

Currently, Haute Noire ships within Canada and the United States. Be advised there may be custom/duty fees for shipping to the United States.

HAUTE NOIRE SHIPPING POLICY

Haute Noire fulfills all Canadian online orders via Canada Post. Orders from the United States are fulfilled via USPS. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Orders over C$100.00 will receive free standard shipping. The approximate shipping times when using Standard Shipping are:

Up to 8 business days in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and the United States. During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges in Canadian dollars before you place your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Haute Noire is not responsible for returned packages due to incomplete addresses. Incomplete addresses include missing unit number, incorrect spelling of street name or incorrect street numbers. Parcels will be returned to Haute Noire where new shipping charges will apply. Please review all information prior to finalizing your order to ensure accuracy.

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

Once you have paid for a new subscription or have been billed for a renewing subscription, we are not able to offer a refund.

Please note all orders are final sale.

At this time we do not accept returns. As providing excellent customer service is one of our most valued traits, we welcome you to contact us to discuss your concerns and we will be happy to provide you with the satisfaction you are looking for.
