All orders are processed within 3 business days, please allow 3- 5 business days in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and 3-7 in the United States.

Absolutely not, our ready to ship gifts come in a wide range of selections and can be personalized with a hand written note. Just write your personalized message at checkout.

Of course! No order is too large, for ready to ship gifts over 12 just email support@hautenoire.ca and we will be happy to assist.

HAUTE NOIRE SHIPPING POLICY

Haute Noire fulfills all Canadian online orders via Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, Canpar and Purolator. Our website will give estimated shipping times, however we can not guarantee the exact shipping date. 

Orders from the United States are fulfilled via USPS. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Haute Noire is not responsible for returned packages due to incomplete addresses. Incomplete addresses include missing unit number, incorrect spelling of street name or incorrect street numbers. Parcels will be returned to Haute Noire where new shipping charges will apply. Please review all information prior to finalizing your order to ensure accuracy.
